We accept most major commercial insurance plans and bill your carrier directly. If you're unsure whether your plan is covered, don't hesitate to contact us — we're happy to verify your benefits before your first appointment.
We are unable to accept Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded insurance programs at this time.
If your insurance plan is one we don't accept or you prefer not to use insurance, we offer self-pay rates with payment collected at the time of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
We also provide superbills after each visit — a detailed receipt containing the diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and provider information your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network claim. Many patients with out-of-network benefits are able to recover a portion of their session costs by submitting a superbill through their insurance carrier's member portal.
